The course aimed to introduce the concept of first medical aid, its importance, and how to carry out these procedures during accidents in a scientific and accurate manner, and to introduce the dangers of chemical, radiological, biological, glass, electrical, and other materials that could pose a threat to the lives of laboratory workers and students while conducting scientific experiments, and how to deal with them in the best way. The course targeted teachers working in scientific laboratories and students of the College of Pharmacy at various academic levels.
The course recommended that there be more training courses for students that relate to such important scientific topics and have a great goal and benefit.
