Today, Tuesday, 6/11/2024, the College of Pharmacy held a scientific symposium entitled The Role of Legislation in Achieving Sustainable Development, delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Awliya Jabbar Sahib, within the activities of Sustainable Development Week.
The symposium explained the concept of sustainable development according to laws and legislation and explained the extent to which its standards are applied to achieve development goals. The symposium highlighted the most important social and economic indicators that must be supported and developed in order to achieve sustainable development standards and the role of the state in legislating laws and regulations that would achieve this.
