The two female teachers from the College of Pharmacy/responsible of the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the College of Pharmacy and the Mrs. Head of the Clinical Laboratory Sciences Branch participated in the awareness campaign against breast cancer carried out by a team of students from colleges of pharmacy in Iraq – Al-Qadisiyah branch for distinguished high school students in Diwaniyah on Sunday, 10/22/2023. The students were introduced to the causes of this disease and its treatment, explaining ways to prevent it and the necessity of performing periodic breast self-examination.
