Moataz Al-Sabah, specializing in cardiovascular diseases and head of the Iraqi blood lipid clinics network within the framework of the network’s support for all health institutions in the country (governmental and non-governmental, affiliated with the federal authority and the authority of the Kurdistan Regional Government) in order to Helping it develop health programs that contribute to providing distinguished medical service to patients with hereditary blood lipids in the city
Al-Sabah gave a scientific symposium on methods of diagnosing and treating patients with hereditary hypercholesterolemia, its complications, and the extent of its spread.
This scientific symposium comes within the framework of preparation for the opening of blood lipid clinics for adults and children in the two aforementioned hospitals.
Both of the teaching staff at the College of Medicine/University of Dohuk (A.M.D. Azad Halim and M.D. Siban Sarbst) expressed their thanks and gratitude to Al-Sabah for this support, and the two sides agreed to continue meetings and coordination to make this project possible and successful.
