New Inventions in Biochemistry in the Medical Field
The panel discussion explained the most important recent developments in biochemistry and their uses in the medical field. A number of recent scientific discoveries were explained, such as the Gene editing technique, which involves making changes in the DNA of a cell or organism. It can be used to add, remove or change DNA in the genome and also advance the field of drug target discovery, which aims to identify the potential biological target and clarify its role in the occurrence and development of diseases. Among the discoveries that were highlighted was Personalized Medicine, which is a medical model that aims to provide prevention and treatment strategies tailored to specific groups of individuals. In addition to liquid biopsy, it is a simple, non-surgical alternative to surgical biopsies that enable doctors to discover a range of information about the tumor through a simple blood sample or body fluid. The episode also concluded by emphasizing the importance of future discoveries under study in the future of treating diseases, such as nanotechnology and artificial intelligence.
