On Thursday, May 9, 2024, the Women\u2019s Affairs Unit at the College of Pharmacy held a symposium on (the benefits and harms of nutritional supplements) within the health axis in the library hall at 10:30 am. A.M.D. lectured there. Ahmed Mahmoud Sultan.
The symposium introduced the concept of nutritional supplements and their types on the one hand, and their uses and the best times to take them on the other hand, in addition to the benefits and harms of using nutritional supplements on the third hand.
The symposium aims to introduce the concept of nutritional supplements and their types of vitamin, mineral and amino acid supplements, and their most important uses in treatment and beauty as well, as well as their benefits and harms in improving human health.
The symposium recommended many recommendations, including caution when using nutritional supplements, the importance of conducting laboratory tests to determine the deficiency occurring in the body, and consulting a doctor to determine the doses and times of taking nutritional supplements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
