The workshop summary states that high levels of uric acid in the blood are inversely associated with diabetes
The study also proved that high levels of uric acid in the blood lead to gout (disease of kings) and the formation of kidney stones.
The causes of this disease include:
-Red meat
-Energy drinks and soft drinks

• Frequent use of diuretic medications
  -Alcoholic drinks
  Therefore, it is recommended to stay away from them and take appropriate treatment through medical advice

  Playing sports
  And drink good amounts of water
  Maintaining blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels
