The College of Pharmacy / Al-Qadisiyah University, within the activities of the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the college, organized a symposium on (Women Leadership and their Role in Iraqi Universities) on Tuesday, 10/17/2023, at ten in the morning in the library hall. The symposium aimed to shed light on the concept of women leadership, explain their characteristics, and then their role in universities and the challenges they face, while clarifying how to enhance the role of women leadership in Iraqi universities.
